What is Project Team T.Satoz

with a global perspective?

カラーブロック

We aim to realize each of our dreams and goals. We operate businesses such as career schools in New York, private high schools, preparatory schools, and Japanese language schools. Every business shares the philosophy of "nurturing individuals who have a global perspective and can realize their dreams for social contribution."

There are three key principles to the TSatoz Group.

The first is "Understanding." There cannot be effective guidance without knowing where one should be headed. It is imperative to first understand our students and participants because everyone has their own unique destination and starting point. Outdated unilateral guidance without grasping one's current standing is a thing of the past.

The second is "Proposal." To achieve results, it's essential to maximize the motivation of our students and participants. For this, we continuously harness the latest technology and persistently create customized teaching materials and instructional methods. While these materials and methods are merely tools, they help shape our creative direction based on suggestions from the field.

The most crucial third key is the "Interpersonal Skill", utilizing all the aforementioned tools to lead students effectively. Even if uncertain, we never give up; we hone our leadership skills aiming for the ultimate goal by building a trustful relationship with students and participants.

Society and the times are rapidly changing. Therefore, continuous growth without stagnation is a company's destiny. We are constantly invigorating our entire organization by taking on challenges in a wide range of businesses.

Rather than specializing in a single business, we aim to contribute to society while ensuring the continuous growth of the organization and all its members, through various business developments connected by the single vector of "education". That's what "Project Teams T.Satoz" stands for.

MESSAGE

Greetings from the President/CEO

We will continue to grow.

代表取締役CEO 佐藤利幸

The TSatoz Group's core businesses include Japanese language schools, English schools (in New York), high schools, and preparatory schools. Although the content varies depending on the business unit, the group's overarching mission is to help each and every student achieve their dreams and goals. Our business activities extend beyond all regions of Japan, reaching New York, Europe, and Asia.

We have discarded the traditional concept that "education is about teaching" and instead believe that education should "provide a place where results can be achieved." The provision of a "result-driven learning environment" has many implications.

First and foremost, we believe it is essential to understand where each student currently stands in their journey towards realizing their dreams. If there are ten students, there are ten individual goals and paths to achieve those goals. It's crucial to thoroughly grasp this.

Secondly, it's about providing each student with a "way of learning" tailored to their specific position.

With modern technology, including ICT, we can adequately address teaching materials. However, what's indispensable in a "result-driven learning environment" is maintaining the student's motivation to continue learning.

Members of the TSatoz Group view this second point as an exceptionally significant challenge.

It is a company's mission to continue growing.

Supporting this extensive range of businesses and realizing further growth requires the daily efforts of our employees to grow. We believe it's essential for everyone to gain a broad range of stimuli and continue growing through their daily work. The TSatoz Group's business areas are diverse. However, each business is connected by a single vector of "education." Each business stimulates the others, leading to new challenges. This will continue to be the driving force of our growth in the future.
